Order Fulfillment

Brevoy processes and ships orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. During peak times, such as product launches or major sales events, processing might take a few additional days as we manage increased order volumes.

Shipping Locations

Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on orders over $30 to selected countries. We ship products from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide (US, EU, CN), based on stock availability. Delivery times vary by destination and are for reference only:

• US Fulfillment Center: 3-7 days (US)
• EU Fulfillment Center: 3-8 days to most EU countries.
• CN Production Site: 3-21 days depending on the region.

VAT and Customs Duties

• VAT: Orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT in compliance with the 2021 European VAT directives.
• Customs Duties: Import duties and taxes may apply once the goods reach the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend checking with local customs authorities for details.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur additional fees ($20 for standard shipping, $40 for express).

Shipping Methods

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods for certain destinations if deemed more appropriate or necessary.
