Using Ground Coffee

• Choose the double shot (16-18g) or single shot (8-9g) basket.
• Use fine ground coffee, add the appropriate amount.
• Tamp firmly and cover the basket.

Using Capsules

• Insert a Nespresso Original capsule into the capsule adapter.
• Ensure the capsule is pierced.

Attach the covered coffee basket or capsule adapter to the portafilter, making sure to screw the portafilter securely onto the coffee machine.

Add cold or boiling water to the water tank, up to a maximum of 80ml, and secure the water tank lid.

Heating Mode

While using cold water, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the green light flashes. In about 200 seconds, 50ml of water will heat to boiling and extraction will begin automatically.

Direct Mode

For hot water, double-click the power button until the white light flashes, and extraction will start immediately.

Water from the tank is pumped into the portafilter with dynamically adjusted pressure to extract your coffee. Brevoy’s design allows for hand-free brewing—simply set the machine on your cup and let it work its magic. The extraction stops automatically once the water tank is empty (you can also end the extraction at any time by pressing the power button).
